What countries does Weekday ship to?

At the moment Weekday ships to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Where is my order?

Log into your account, open the order and click on “Track this order”. Or if you checked out as a guest, please click on the “track your order” link in your Shipping Confirmation email. During busy periods (for example gift giving holidays) delivery may take a little longer than usual. If you are unsure about the tracking information or delivery status, please contact the carrier or our customer service.

When will I receive my refund?

Once you have sent your return or exchange back to us it can take up to 21 days to be received and processed by our warehouse – when it arrives we’ll make sure to send you an email. The refund or exchange will then be arranged for you. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such has gift giving holidays) it can take a little longer.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

Please send the faulty item back to us for a refund or exchange. Remember to include the return note with the package you are returning. If you no longer have the return note/label, please contact our Customer Service team. Please note, items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.

My discount code doesn’t work?

Check the validity of the code and contact Customer Service if you are still unable to use it.

We may not have launched in your country yet, but we are always looking for new and exciting places to explore. Keep an eye on our social media, if we do launch near you this is where we'll announce it.
